Harrod Properties has commenced construction on a 50,000 square foot build-to-suit project for StratiFi Health in Plano, TX. This office building will serve as the headquarters of the fast-growing company that provides physician practice, population health and business intelligence services in the healthcare sector.

The Property is strategically situated at the nexus of the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH 121), near Legacy West, a $3 billion dollar 240 acre mixed use development. The two-story building will be of tilt-wall construction and will feature a modern and open interior finish package with many employee amenities onsite. The project was completed 4Q 2018.
