Gatewood Corporate Center

Gatewood Corporate Center at Lakewood Ranch is a master planned industrial park located on an 88 acre site on the eastern side of I-75 in the heart of the Sarasota/Manatee industrial market. This project is first industrial development within Lakewood Ranch, an 8,500 acre master-planned community, reaching from SR 64 in Manatee County to University Parkway in Sarasota County. The Project is fully entitled for a business park totaling 500,000 square feet of class A distribution and light industrial product.

The buildings within the park are of concrete tilt wall construction and will range in size from 60,000 square feet up to 100,000 square feet. The buildings are rear loading with both dock-high and grade level access. Harrod Properties has delivered the first 4 buildings of the project totaling 320,000 square feet with another 120,000 square feet currently under construction.
