Parallon (Hospital Corporation of America)

Completed in 2013, Parallon Business Solutions’s Largo facility is a single-story 83,000 square foot build-to-suit project undertaken by Harrod Properties in order to provide the company with a high quality customized operations center. Parallon is a subsidiary of HCA which is the largest private operator of health care facilities in the world. The Parallon business unit provides a broad spectrum of customized services in the areas of revenue cycle, purchasing, supply chain, technology, workforce management and consulting to hospitals and healthcare across the United States and internationally.

The tilt-wall constructed facility is situated south of Ulmerton Road and east of 66th Street with excellent access to U.S. 19.
