Cypress Bay I Corporate Center

Cypress Bay I was the first of a two phase Class A office development located in the Westshore Business District in Tampa, FL. Amenities at the project include high end interrior finishes, ample parking, high ceilings, tropical landscaping and unobstructed views of Old Tampa Bay. The centralized location exhibits proximity to I-275, the Veterns Expressway, the Courtney Cambell Causeway and Tampa Intenational Airport.

The 100,000 square foot project was completed in 2007. The 5-story building is comprised of pre-cast concrete panels, hurricane grade exterior windows, and a glass curtain wall entry feature.
