Cypress Bay consists of two office buildings located on the water in the prestigious Westshore business district.

Cypress Bay II is the smaller of the two buildings with two 9,179 SF floors totalling 18,358 SF. We used concrete tilt-wall construction to ensure the integrity of the structure and reduce the insurance cost to the new tenant(s).
